Can you flash a VZW or Sprint blackberry pearl to metro pcs?

Yah because some one told me that Metro Pcs upgraded to where you can flash sim card phones and get like internet and picture messaging and all that on there. So can some one let me know, because i'm thinking about getting a blackberry pearl from sprint of Verizon and flashing it over. I need to know for sure though. THANK YOU!!
