If it has rear passenger pegs, then you can probably fit someone on there. How comfortable they'll be is a completely different story. If there are no rear pegs, or no place to mount them in case a previous owner removed them, then the bike was never designed for passengers and it would not only be a bad idea but would be illegal in most, if not all, states.
