Can you fit a double din head unit in a 97 Dodge Ram 1500?

My stock stereo belw out and i want a touch screen head unit but it says double din and rams are single din is there anyway to install a double din?
 
Nop, unless you look for a customized dash kit for that ram, or make one yourself. Check if when removing the radio the material can be cut to make extra space. If it brought only space for a single din this can be pretty difficult to achieve, you'll have to be creative (like fit it someplace else and use the single din space to put a digital equalizer or covering it or something)
