can you explain me what is happening?(weird thing in notepad)?

open a new notepad file. type "bush hid the facts" without the quotes of course. save it under any name. close the file. now open it again. try it and explain what's going on.

Write any sentence with 4-3-3-5 letters, and it will do the same thing. Honestly, why would a massive corporation hide such an obscure sentence in a program which was made before Bush? What possible motive could they have for making "Bush hid the facts" unsaveable?
