Can You Explain "Bias" vs "Biased"?

Would you describe a person as "bias" or "biased"? I always thought you'd say someone is "bias" but I read a quote in a book that said "You're biased". Now I'm not sure! I use the phrase often, so I'd like to know how to use it properly!

"Biased" is correct. Bias is a noun. Examples: I am not biased. I don't approve of bias.
