can you eat cold sausages rolls when pregnant?

It's not recommended that you eat any meat that's cooked and then served cold eg. salami or ham so I don't think you'd be able to eat cold sausage rolls. All food is recommended to be eaten piping hot while pregnant (not things like fruit or vegetables obviously). If you've already eaten it though, I wouldn't worry. They only started worrying about listeria bacteria fairly recently and some people go their whole pregnancies eating whatever they like with no complications. It's up to you in the end.

It is recommended they be heated to steaming first. Listeria monocytogenes is a type of bacteria that is found in water and soil. Vegetables can become contaminated from the soil, and animals can also be carriers. Listeria has been found in uncooked meats, uncooked vegetables, unpasteurized milk, foods made from unpasteurized milk, and processed foods. Listeria is killed by pasteurization and cooking. There is a chance that contamination may occur in READY-TO-EAT foods such as hot dogs and deli meats because contamination may occur after cooking and before packaging.
