Can you drive long distance on 22 inch rims?

it wont mess anything up but the bigger the rims the worse your truck will ride so it will be more uncomfortable at times then the smaller rims.

I have a truck and I am traveling 16 hrs is it okay to ride long distance on after market rims. Will it mess up anything

It won't hurt anything, but could cause your speedometer reading to be off.
