Yes, I know that a dirt bike CAN drive on a sidewalk. The tire is not highly reactive to pavement and will not explode. I'm not an idiot! lol

I'm 13, but there is a high school I applied for thats like down the streeet 4 miles. If I got a Dirt Bike, could I drive it to school on the sidewalk? I'd be 14 and 1/2 when that happens?

Don't think I'm a little kid who just wants to look kool driving himself to school... I'm totally serious because my cousin says he got me a Moped but you need a licence for that.
I live in Georigia.

Thanks for your time!

Sorry dude, if you get busted by a jerk cop, then you will probably be fined and get into a lot of trouble, especially if you live in the city. Your best bet is to wait 'till your fifteen and apply for a moped license. You should be able to do that at the secretary of state. If you don't want to wait, and take your chances, then you should probably ride on the road, just do the speed limit and use your turn signals. If your not very small, you shouldn't get pulled over. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS. Just in case:). I hope I helped.

Don't they have laws in Georgia?
Bicycles and skateboards which are not motorized are illegal to operate in every state I've been in.
Or do you mean the country of Georgia?

Driving a motorized vehicle other than an "assistive device" (i.e.wheelchair) on public property, whether we're talking about streets or parking lots, requires both license and insurance, and is not allowed on sidewalks. Your best bet is probably a bicycle until you're a little older.
