Can you do Army Rangers if you enlist in Marine Corps?

LOL you should be able to answer that just by reading your own question. ARMY Rangers.....MARINEs....see the difference two whole different branches of the military.

No. However, you can go to Ranger school as a Marine. The equivalent to Army Rangers in the Marine Corps is Recon.
Now, I do know two Ranger officers who were former regular Marine infantrymen. It's not much of a difference.
So, the only realistic way to do that would be to do a contract with the Marine Corps, then enlist into the Army afterwards and become a Ranger.
