Can you do a bike trade in at a motorcycle store?

i want to upgrade and get myself a bigger bike. my question is, would a typical motorcycle shop let me trade in my bike and then i pay the difference between the value of my old bike and the new one i want to buy? thanks
 
Yes you can trade your bike for a new one at a motorcycle dealership.
I have done it 3 times now.
