can you dance while pregnant?

ok music runs through my blood and i just can't help it like when hear music i just wanna get up and dance.. but its ok to dance like i don't dance like crazy or anything. how much movement can i do??? just curious and im 7 months pregnant. thanks for your guys answers.
 
You should be able to keep up your normal pre-preg state of activity through your pregnancy... keeping it a little lower key in the last tri-mester. My neighbor has 5 kids, she teaches Jazzercise, she was able to keep up teaching until 8 mos preg. with each pregnancy, but it was NORMAL activity for her... and she modified it slightly in 3rd trimester.

If you are used to dancing around, and have been all the while pregnant, you shouldn't need to modify much unless it causes discomfort. :)

Maybe you have the next famous ballerina or tap dancer in your belly!?

I danced through my whole pregnancies with my first and second. My children where healthy. I just looked at it as exercise.
