can you damage your body if you have sex too early?

Sex can cause psychological problems in women who engage in it when they're too young.
It won't hurt her physically most likely, but many studies have shown that women in their early teens get very little pleasure from sex compared to older women and are usually unable to orgasm.
If she doesn't think she's ready to have sex then she isn't.
I know a lot of people who became sexually active around that age, but it's only okay if both parties understand the need for safety and the risks involved and if both are really, truly prepared for it.

i'm 13 and my friend and his girlfriend were going to have sex. they are the same age as me. they ended up not doing it because the girlfriend didn't want to and she heard it could damage your body if you do it too early?

I don't think it can damage your body, but it can mess with your head if your not mature enough to deal with it
