can you cut car window glass?

Not normally in a car with tempered glass. Some replacement safety glass is cut with a glass cutter, then lighter fluid is poured into the score mark and set on fire. The heat breaks the glass on the score line and the plastic sheet between the pains is then cut with a razor blade. This works on new glass only, and not an old car windshield. you may be able too, most glass is tempered so easily shatters when you break the surface tension.
