I am currently a senior at XXX University and would like to indicate my interest in becoming a tutor for the University Tutoring Center. I am currently majoring in Biology with an emphasis in Physiology and have a cumulative GPA of 3.23. I am a very motivated, organized, and dedicated person. I believe that I can bring a positive and fun atmosphere into the tutoring process. I am available during weekends, vacation periods, and throughout the summer.
I have experience in tutoring high school students in subjects such as English, Science, and History. By tutoring these students I became aware that no one student leans information the same way and that I had to develop a study plan that works for them. I enjoy helping students learn and believe that I can show them different ways to study and to digest information.
