Can you cook two things in the oven at once?

With two things like pizzas, that cook at the same temp, put them on different racks, and swap them around half way through the cooking time.

For things with a 50 degree difference like fries and chicken, the fries won't get crispy at the lower temperature. Assuming they cook for 20 minutes, start everything out at 400 for 10 minutes, then crank the oven up to 450. Take the chicken out 10 minutes later, and leave the fries in for another 5. If the cooking temp is 25 degrees different, then set the temp in between. I hope this helps.

Yea I just baked battered fish & french fries. The recommended temperatures were different, but I just set it at a temp setting between them. The fish called for 425 degrees and the fries 450 so I set it at 435; worked well.

First of all, I'd just like to know if it's okay to cook two things at once, like 2 pizzas. I have multiple racks in the oven, I'm just not sure if having 2 things in the oven at once is going to make them cook unevenly (i.e. will the pizza on top not get cooked enough because the lower pizza is blocking the heat)?

Second, and my main predicament now is how to cook 2 things at once that require different temperatures. The fries call for 450 degrees, while the chicken nuggest only call for 400. Is there some sort of trick I can do, like setting it at 400 and putting the fries in a few minutes before the chicken?

(I'll take a better look at the bags the next time I buy them and see if I can find a brand of fries whose temperature is the same as the nuggest. You'd think they'd have figured this out already and found some solution. It's normal to want to eat the side dish with the main course, and not everyone has 2 ovens in their home!)
