I want to buy this electric griddle, (see ebay item 330350764311) but i want to use it in an unusal way, i want to use to cook on as well as my stove, so that I can be doing stuff like cooking kebabs on one side of the griddle (it is nearly 60cm long after all!) whilst at other end using a wok or something

now i know it aint designed to do that but i think it will.

i release (especially with the legs if you see it) that too much weight is a nono so i can out 10L pans on

but something like a small wok, should be ok weight wise

the only concern is heat, BUT if you can heat the griddle to 240C then it should be more than enough to cook a wok with small amounts of liquids/sauces etc

what do people think

im trying to use one cooking device to work on many levels :)
