Im sure i have cooked them from frozen before by boiling in the bag. But the packet says that you should defrost them for at least 8 hours - if i do cook them thoroughly what harm can come?
I have cooked lots of other fish from frozen.
I cook haddock from frozen and also prawns say to defrost for 8hrs before cooking but i just put them in boiling water first.
I would just make sure and boil for a little longer.
