Can you cook french toast with vanilla silk?

I cant drink milk, id rather have soy anyway. But i dont like the regular silk, i tend to buy chocolate or vanilla. Could i cook french toast with vanilla silk?

Yes you can. Just leave out the vanilla extract that you usually place in the mixture. It's very good. I've made it before
