I saw a recipe for a salt crusted whole chicken, and I wondered if it would work for other poultry (namely turkey). I'm looking for a new way to do thanksgiving dinner (I've already done the brining meathod lol). If salt crusting a whole turkey would work, do you have any recipes as well? Thanks a lot!
