Yes, I imagine it would be similar to the egg in fried rice, or egg drop soup. Depending on how you make it.

If you are draining your ramen, finish it off in a skillet and scramble an egg into the finished noodles.

If you are not draining, then crack an egg into your broth and let it cook.
