Sure. Clear coat, put simply, is paint without pigment. Be aware though that you should make sure that the primer is completely cured so allow at least 3 days (but would be better if you wait 7 days) and proceed.
Make sure that the primer and the clear coat are compatible- don't spray lacquer over enamel and don't assume that just because it says "acrylic" in the name they'll work together.
