Can you choose to not include one college on transcripts?

Basically, I want to transfer to a local university. I have attended two colleges; thus, I will be sending in two transcripts. Is it possible to say "I would like these credits from X college to not transfer?"

The college I want to leave out doesn't have a single credit that would help me get my degree in clinical laboratory science - it was all business courses. The university does not have direct equivalency, but they might be listed as lower/upper division courses.
 
I actually have the same problem. I went to a Comm college during a really bad part during my life and I dropped out of every single class. (3 semesters worth)

I talked to admissions at the school I plan on going to and they said if there's nothing that transfers (because I dropped out) then I don't have to put that on my manuscript.
 
You do have to send in all your old transcripts, but you don't have to have all those classes transfer in. You can talk about that with admissions.
