Can you change the rubber bushing on the front lower control arm of a Toyota Echo?

The rubber bushing has failed on our 2000 Echo - lower control arms both sides. To repair we need to order the entire control arm at a cost of $145+ (X2). Can you replace the bushing only? (The original bushing is pressed in. If we could find only the bushing I could press new one in at a much lower cost.)
