can you chain up a street legal pocket bike?

You can chain up a wheelbarrow if you like. Street legal or not you have a right to protect your property from theft by securing it.

ok i live in washington state and was thinking of gettin an x19. i know it has a key ignition but i dont want anybody taking it and putting it in their truck or watever. so is it legal to chain it up or is it not cause its considered a vehicle
