Say I have Waboku and Just Deserts and Gravity Bind face up. Then my opponent activates Royal Decree. Can I in essence activate Waboku and Just Deserts to create a chain thus resolving both my traps before Royal Decree's effect takes place? I know that Gravity Bind would be negated but i'm wondering about the chain.
Also if I were to have a Dust Tornado set on the field and my opponent activates Royal Decree to negate my Gravity Bind. Can I chain Dust Tornado to destroy Royal Decree?
