Can you call someone using the Tango app that is not on your contacts list?

I received a Tango call this morning but i was asleep. I woke up to find it say, <name> called you so i got a miss call. Now the name went away so I dunno how to contact that person back. Is there a way to check the call history in Tango? I'm on an Android. It said the call was from an iPhone.

It all happened to me too , while I got iPhone but I can't find a way to know who called me and how can he found me and how can I call back people who call me but are not in my contact list either
