Can you calculate run time given AH and amp draw and voltage? ?

We are using a 12 volt electric motor which draws 50 amps, and the battery has 155 amp hours. It also says it has reserve capacity of 155 minutes at 25 amp draw. Can the reserve capacity be calculated somehow for 50 amps?
