Can you buy the New Iphone 4 with a Bell Mobility Contract?

Well I first seen this thing like 2months ago and now that it is FINALLY released, and coquincedentaly my LG Voyageur broke I would like to buy one of these with a New Contract, cause mine recently expired. I live in a Rural area so don't tell me to go check my local Bell store.
 
also check with the Bell website if there is coverega for the HSPA network where you live, it might not be covered. LG Voyager is on CDMA network, not HSPA
