Can you buy Australian plugs which connect to a car charger?

yuh its posible, i think wat you want is called an "inverter" it turns cigarette lighter power into 240vac australian power. u can get it at dicksmith or bunnings or jaycar
 
I have rechargable AA batteries, and have the unit to charge them. However, I was wondering if there is a way to connect it to a car cigaretter charger, so I can charge them in my car??

If so, do you know where I could find one?
