i need a new phone, phone is currently giving me problems. i see on their site you can buy used phones but it only says with a new 2 yr contract. i know us cellular you can buy used phones anytime if your not eligible for a new phone.....is verizon the same way? can i go in there and buy a used phone for a cheaper rate even though im not up for an upgrade yet?
Can you buy a used verizon cell phone from them without a contract or paying full price?
