I am looking for a new phone, and I really like the Blackberry Curve 8530. I guess I don't know a whole lot about cell phones, but I definitely cannot spend over $150, and I also definitely cannot get a monthly internet plan. Is this possible at all? If it isn't, why not? Please explain how if you say it is possible as well. Thanks.
