Can you build the restricted/secret units in Red Alert 3?

Just wondering, is there any way to access the secret units in RA3 such as the Tesla tank or build the Wave Force Tri Turret seen on the empire's battle fortress in the Allies Campaign? Or maybe the Kirovs that have 50 megaton bombs trapped to them or the "Unsuspecting Soviet Tank" also from the allied campaign. I hope there is some way :D that would be awesome...
