My little brother just got done with boot camp at realxin jackson SC
He was able to keep his cell phone and call every week, depending how his platoon did that day and/or week. Bring your cell phone and camera and if they take it up who cares you'll get it back.
No u can't and they should give you a list of what you can and can not bring also if you bring a cell phone they will take it away and lock it up till your out of boot camp. Good Luck.
