(NDA = Non-Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality Agreement)
Could you break a NDA under certain circumstances, for example:
You sign up for a high paying job.
You must sign an NDA that says you cannot tell anyone about what you do for your job.
Afterwards, you find out that your job involves, say, abusing children.
Could you "legally" break your NDA at that point?
Again, this is purely theoretical, I'm not in that position...
