can you become a RN if you have had back surgery or history of back problems?

I had back surgery Aug 07 at 19years of age. I am now 21 and have been released to go back to work and school. I believe I want to become a Registered Nurse- by getting my Bachelors degree.

Has there been other RN's who have suffered with back problems and still pursued a Nursing degree?

(Any other advice on how to get started. I have 1 semester of community college under my belt. So I would be a freshman)

Thank you.

I would think the you may need to reconsider how much you want to be an RN, because as some people may not know, nursing is sometimes a lot of physical work, and you have to pass that part to even get a job as an RN.
Still, I wish you the best of luck.
P.s
I'm not saying that is not possible, because it is, I'm just saying you may have to work harder than other people. So please no one take offense because of my answer.
