Can you bail someone out of jail if I used to have a restraining order against them?

Like if you take it off of them and then you get a bondsman a few days later and bail them out. Can you do that?
Also, how do you get a restraining order off of someone?

Like I said, you can't just get a restraining order taken off of somebody that quick. They take them seriously.
Just call a bail bondsmen. Like I said, he can answer you better than anyone on here.

You can always hire a bondsman to do this for you as the restraining order would prevent you from direct contact. In order to get the restraining order dropped you would need to petition the court to have it dropped however if you ever needed it again the court probably wouldn't grant you a new one

Why would you? Was the restraining order as the result of physical threat? Don't be stupid.. You sound like a lot of abuse women I've counseled.. Don't do it.

You've asked this type of question numerous times. Why don't you just leave your abusive boyfriend in jail? It'll be better for you in the long run.

On the assumption that the "someone" is not jailed for spitting on the sidewalk or missing Sunday School, I suggest you leave him/her there.

If you find a way to post bond and free "someone", you are co-dependent and need help.
