My friend who is oversees applied in a university/college here for studies. They gave him the CAS number but when he went to the british embassy in his country they said that there was not sufficient information, so the university resupplied my friend with newer information.
Now making an application for UK student visa in his country costs him 200 pounds and now he has to spend 400 pounds due to the university negligence. If he asks the university for compensation will he get it?
By that i mean will the university pay him 200 pounds?
