I have a child support hearing with my ex next month. I, as the mother have full custody, but I allow him to see his son for up to a week at a time (I have no interest in keeping his son away from him, but I DO need child support). Since I have the custody I have the right to tell him when and for how long he can see our son, BUT he is angry because he says 'I'm screwing up his schedule' etc and refuses to see him at all. He wants to wait until the hearing. I'm not sure what he thinks will change because this hearing is a child SUPPORT hearing, not a child custody hearing.
With that being said, I am asking for conformation that you cannot determine child custody and a child support hearing?
