Can You Answer This Question About Obama's Revelation of Iranian Nuclear Test Site?

According to Washington Post, Iranians informed IAEA in 2002 that they will not inform it of any nuclear site 6 months BEFORE start of construction, as IAEA demanded, but will inform them 6 months PRIOR to completion of the site, which is exactly what they did on Monday. Now, the US, France and Britain have known about this facility from the very beginning. So why would Obama make it sound like it was a new revelation? Isn't that disingenuous?
Was it a Colin Powell moment?
 
I see this as nothing more than a diversion tactic because it's something that we've all known about and have warned of time and time again.

Does anyone know what he promised on behalf of this country to the UN in his G20 meeting with them yesterday? Nope, we don't, do we?

His diversion worked, and guess what the press is focusing on? Iran and nukes... and they're acting like this is a sudden revelation.

This is politics as usual and another demonstration of Obama's "transparency".
