I always asked what if all schools are the same color as primary and elementary class colors

Hint 3: Some where over the Rainbow.
Hint 4:
The date is made of the Colors Prime!
The fate of a country whose losing was time!
The people who believed that death is complete,
in defending their loved ones to bring the enemies final defeat!
Question What was the result?
Hardest riddle I have come across yet, been researching for weeks and no luck.
I have re-posted the riddle, as in my last post i forgot some main parts, and others wanted to view them.
