can you add web page control to an asp.net web application?

can you add web page control to an asp.net web application like you can to a windows form application? i want to edit a site so i need it to show up in visual studio

thanks for any help.
when i say web page control i mean can i load a site that already exists and edit it? like in windows form application there is a control called webbrowser and when you run the program any url you type in will load.

sorry for not wording very well!
