Can you actually be sent a report of what has been texted via messaging if

you ask your Verizon Provider? My parents and I got into a huge argument over a guy who is just my friend and they don't believe it. And they said they're gonna request all my text messages be sent over from Verizon from the last month so they can see what I've been texting. Is that possible to do???? :*(
