Can you activate a Sprint phone on Verizon?

You can not. Verizon has a different network configuration. Sprint phones will not work on any network other than Sprint. You could maybe if you had a Black Berry world phone, but you don't, so you have to find another Verizon phone.

I currently have Verizon wireless service and the phone i have doesn't work so i was wondering is it possible to activate a Sprint LG Rumor on Verizon? If it is possible please include the steps to activate the phone. Thank you for your help!
The LG Rumor does not have a Sim card
