ok i just bought a PS3 i've been trying to figure this out for like 3 days now cause i cant connect it wirelessly, i have a lcd HD TV sitting ontop of a wood stand and underneath it i have my PS3 so i cant ever get a good connection but today when i was calling them they needed my serial number so to get it i needed to take it off of the wood stand i gave it to them yada yada yada........they didnt give me any advice they told me a signal quality of 55% wasnt good enough and i just needed to move it closer but now i got an amazing signal....amazing download speed i can connect to the internet wirelessly on my ps3 np now i guess all i have to do is when i wanna go online is to set my ps3 off the wooden stand? its the exact same distance from the router maybe even more cause of the way its hooked up to my tv i have to set it to one side further away from the access point but it works freakin amazing now, can wood seriously mess it up that badly?
Can wood froma TV stand really screw up a Wireless signal for a PS3 this bad?
