...will stop leeching health care? Since states and communities previously had so much leeway in determining the accessibility of health insurance, so many illegal immigrants mooched off free coverage on taxpayer dollars.

At least now, one would have to be in the US legally to get government-sponsored health insurance, right?

And the private insurers, since they have high premiums, would effectively shut out illegals (since they tend to be poorer)?

So could this be an unintended positive good that comes out of Health Care Reform?
