I was thinking of trying a dessert recipe, consisting of Vietnamese rice paper pieces with pieces of banana inside them (maybe containing cocoa too, and other ingredients and spices such as sultanas and cinnamon) - and wrapped up like a wonton. So basically dessert wontons, but with rice paper - not the traditional (more pastry-like) wonton "papers".
