Can Valeo ultimate 900-19-7B wiper blade be installed on Dodge Grand Caravan 2007?

I have trouble to install valeo wiper blades onto dodge grand caraven.

Here is the details of the blades:
valeo ultimate 900-19-7B,
OE replacement flat wiper blade,
Top-lock, gen-II

Here is the details of the van:
2007 SE dodge grand caravan, front window wipers.

Can the wiper blades I bought be installed onto my dodge van?

Or I bought wrong type of blades?
