Can UTIs tests tell if I have had sex or not?

Well my mum thinks I have a UTI and I'm sure I do to. So she booked a doctors appointment for me today and there wanting to take a urine sample. The problem is I've had sex and I'm scared that this test will be able to tell that I have and the doctor will tell my mum.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Or am I just worrying?

Please Help!!!
