im upgradingg to an iphone 3gs. id love to get the iphone 4 but dont want to wait bc im sure its still on backorder in my area. with the 3gs having a 256mb RAM and the 4 with a 512mb RAM, is there anyway i could upgrade the 3gs to 512? would the whole IOS3 to IOS4 upgrade do it?
