Can u record something then set it as a ringtone on ur palm pixi plus?

im thinkin bout gettin this phone. i NEED A PHONE THAT CAN DO THAT. (i use verizon)
i mean like recording not getting ringtone from websites and stuff i mean RECORDING!!!
